Happy Together Minibook

Tools:
  • Bind-it-All
  • Fiskars – Portable Rotary Trimmer, Threading Water Border Punch, Ultra ShapeXpress, Super Sized Circles Shape
Template Set; Round ‘n Round Extra Large Squeeze Punch; No. 8 Razor Edged Softouch Scissors
  • Crop-a-Dile
  • Tonic Scissors
  • wire cutter

Materials:
  • Zutter Innovative – 1” o-wire
  • K & Company – patterned paper, stickers, rub-ons
  • Prima – flowers
  • Rusty Pickle – acrylic album with tabs
  • We R Memory Keepers – extra large eyelets
  • Stampin’ Up! – twill ribbon, ink
  • Kirkland – assorted ribbon
  • Scrapbook Adhesives – tape runner
  • rickrack and brads

General Instructions:  I took an acrylic album that had holes already punched on the sides opposite of the tabs and covered
them all up with patterned paper. I punched my own holes (a la Bind-it-All) at the top edges of each page and each pocket.  The
pockets are made from the same paper used to cover each of the album pages.  There are border punches at the open ends of
each pocket with a semi-circle punched for additional interest.  Each pocket is filled with an acrylic sheet also covered with ink-
edged paper, punched at one end with an extra large eyelet and ribbon pull.  Added stickers, flowers, rub-ons and ribbon.
Scarecrow Minibook

Tools:
  • Bind-it-All
  • Fiskars -  Portable Rotary Trimmer, Threading Water Border
Punch, No. 8 Razor Edged Softouch Scissors; Scallop Paper
    Edger Scissors
  • Bo Bunny Press – Flex Ruler
  • Making Memories – hammer
  • Zutter wire cutters

Materials:
  • Zutter Innovative – 7/8” black o-ring, 8” x 8” acrylic cover,
    10” x 10” clipboard cover, Perfect Closures
  • K & Company – patterned paper, photo mats, rub-ons, stickers,
    leaves
  • AccuCut – acrylic sheets
  • EK Success – calendar sticker
  • Ranger – alcohol ink
  • Stampin’ Up! – ink
  • Michael’s – ribbon, bling
  • gel pen

General Instructions:  This project takes advantage of four different
Zutter Innovative products – 7/8” o-ring, acrylic cover on the top,
clipboard cover on the bottom, and the Perfect Closure.  The clipboard
wood is alcohol inked along the edges for a darker look to match the
paper.  There are three acrylic sheets cut to match the size of the
acrylic cover covered in border punched and inked patterned paper.
Once you have all of your pages covered in patterned paper, bind the
book and add the closure before adding photos.  I love lots (and lots
and lots) of photos on my pages, so I printed groups of photos together,
some with white borders, others without and added to the pages.  I
embellished with plenty of leaves, rub-ons, stickers, minimal
journaling and ribbon at the binding.
Halloween Double Flipbook

Tools:
  • Bind-it-All
  • Fiskars – Portable Rotary Trimmer
  • Zutter wire cutters

Materials:
  • Zutter Innovative - 7/8” black o-wire, 5” x 7.5”
clipboard covers My Mind’s Eye – patterned paper
    collection
  • Bazzill – cardstock
  • Little Yellow Bicycle – rub-ons, stickers
  • Stampin’ Up! - ink
  • eFavor – ribbon
  • Scrapbook Adhesives – tape runner

General Instructions:  I was inspired to do a double
flipbook in 5”x7.5” after seeing many 4” x 4” coaster
cover versions online on various blogs.  I find this flipbook’
s shape is versatile to accommodate 3” x 5” or 4” x 6”
photos without having to trim your photos to fit.  This is
a double flipbook because there are two sets of flip pages
in this book.  It is your option—make one, two, three sets
of pages to suit the size of your book.
