Baby's First Book
We’re redecorating our two-year-old princess’
room, and the cover of this book actually came
to be because I wanted to try the technique I was
planning to use on a wall in there on something
a little smaller at first. I painted a 6X6” Cover-
All with the exact same paint as I was using on
the wall (the same shade as my pink Bind-It-All,
actually LOL), and then I used a stencil to paint
white clouds with a Ranger Dabber. The Cover
All is so thick and steady that the wet paint didn’
t affect it at all. It turned out great, so I was
confident enough to get started on the wall, and
it also turned out great, and my little girl loves
it!

Diary
Here’s another project with the Cover-Alls I’ve used a lot of white paint on this one, and also on the tag, the leather strap and the
closure, to give them a tarnished look. The little key comes with the Perfect Closure, and it was the key that gave me the idea to
use the Perfect Closure for a diary.

Supplies:
¾” White Wire
8X8” Bamboo spine Cover-Alls
Perfect Closure
Creative Cafe tag
Maya Road chipboard swirl
American Crafts Thickers Lax white

This one’s for my daughter’s room. I’ve cut out the hearts in really thick chipboard, covered them with patterned paper and
painted the edges white using a  paint dabber. Then I embellished them with grunge board letters, flowers and acrylic swirls,
which I also dabbed lightly with the paint dabber to give a little texture. Then I bound it using ¾” wire to allow the hearts to
flex a little while hanging on the wall and attached some ribbons to hang it from.

Supplies:
¾” Antique Silver wire
Rivets
Thick chipboard
Panduro Tilda paper
Apple Pie Memories crystal clear flourishes
Tim Holtz Grungeboard letters
Prima flowers
Stempelglede Grunge Collection stamp
