Acrylic Snowflake
Celebrate the snowy weather or bring snow to the
tropics with this acrylic hanging snowflake!
Supplies:
One Zutter 12 inch 3/8 inch diameter O-Wire:
Silver
Maya Road Acrylic Snowflake Album (4 pages)
GCD Patterned Paper
Ranger Stickles: Silver and Waterfall
Miscellaneous Snowflake Sequins & Ribbon
SEI Crystals
Fancy Pants Stamps
Staz On Cotton White Ink
Instructions:
Cut four album pages in half to make eight pieces.
Cut fourteen 2 ¾ inch circles from patterned
paper.
Embellish with stickles and/or other items of your
choice (don't glue anything over the center
though). Fold circles in half and glue them to
album page halves.
Stamp images on album halves and embellish
with sequins and bling.
Center pages in BIA and punch holes. Bind with
silver ¾ inch O-wire. Glue circle halves together
that meet. String through ribbon for hanging.

Instructions:
Paint Cover-All and ink to highlight crackling.
Front cover: Cut patterned paper as follows: one 5 ¾ inch square; one 3 ½ x 4 ¾ inch rectangle; cut out Travelogue title. Ink
paper edges. Adhere square to center of front; rectangle to lower left corner of paper square; flower and brad to upper left hand
corner of paper square; Travelogue to middle right of paper square with brads.
Front inner cover: Cut paper to 5 ½ inch square. Cut 2 x 5 ½ inch strip and punch with Fiskars Threading Water Punch. Cut
out Date tag. Ink paper edges. Adhere square to center of inner cover; punched border to left hand side of paper square; Date
tag to lower right of paper square with brad centered in compass
Back cover: Cut patterned paper as follows: one 5 ¾ inch square; one 1 1/8 x 51/2 inch rectangl. Ink paper edges. Adhere
square to center of back; rectangle to lower bottom of paper square with brads through compass.
Back inner cover: Cut paper to 5 ½ inch square. Cut out The Best of Times Circle. Ink paper edges. Stamp lower right of paper
square with stamp; adhere square to center of back cover. Attach brad and photo turn to The Best of Times Clock cut out,
adhere to center of paper square.
Add Gaffer tape to spine of Cover-All, inside and out.
Assemble inner book per Cover-All instructions. Cut iut ¾ inch half circle at center edge. Punch holes in Cover-All for
grommets and glue into place; thread through ribbon and tie knot on inside.

I was in dire need of a calendar for 2009. When Zutter Zister Jennifer Priest posted her totally cool perpetual calendar, I knew
that was for me. But, I wanted a twist! I needed something I could hang up and something I could write on. The answer? An
all-in-one hanging perpetual calendar/clipboard/chalkboard. Ta Da!

Instructions:
8x10 Clipboard Cover:
Deco podge front and back of one clipboard cover with patterned paper. Round corners with corner rounder. Punch row of six
holes with BIA on each end of clipboard on right hand side.
Deco podge back of second clipboard cover with patterned paper. Paint front with blackboard paint. Cut two 1 ¾ x 8 inch
strips from patterned paper and deco podge to top and bottom front of clipboard cover. Punch holes and add three eyelets and
ribbon across bottom. Round corners with corner rounder. Punch row of six holes with BIA on each end of clipboard on right
hand side. Add O-wires and bind two sides together.
Take a clip and use it as a pattern. Punch two holes in each clipboard and attach clips with rivets.
Calendar: Cut a 6x6 Acrylic cover to 5 ¼ x 6 inches. Punch holes in the 5/1/4” x 12” by centering the piece in the BIA.
Cut 33 chipboard pieces to 1 ¼ x 4 inches. Cover with patterned paper, front and back. Stamp month of the year on 12, and
days of the week on 7. Rub on number 0-3 on 4 and 0-9 on 10. Then punch the 33 pieces in the BIA as follows:
Months of the Year:
Punch with the piece butted up against the black guide and set at “C”. The patterned paper side of each piece should face the
word “Zutter” on the machine while punching.
Numbers 0-3:
Punch with the piece butted up against the black guide and set at “C”. The blank chipboard side of each piece should face the
word “Zutter” on the machine while punching.
Numbers 0-9 and Days of Week:
Insert into Bind-It-All and line up one edge of each page with the centering arrow on the machine and punch binding holes.
Thread the binding wires through the holes in the acrylic piece . And then the chipboard pieces form right to left: days of the
week, numbers 0-9; number 0-3, months. Then Bind. Punch four holes in the corners of the 5 ¼ x 6 inch piece. Use those
holes as guides to punch holes in the clipboard. Attach acrylic piece butted up under clip with rivets. Punch holes and add
grommets and ribbon to calendar pieces.
Hang it up and use it!!
