Instructions for this project:
Before starting, remember: Measure twice, cut once.
Spray Felt Fusion backing with Forest Green Glimmer Mist on the non-waxed
side. Let dry. Outline brown velvet on Prima Gate with Pink Scribbles. Let dry.
Use Round It All to round one corner of each 5x7 clipboard. Use Round It All to
round two corners along long edge of 8x10 clipboard. Paint clipboard top halves
(above rounded corners) white and let dry. Sand to smooth. Paint with blue.
Let dry. Sand to smooth. Then sand to distress...letting white and clipboard
show through.
Cut patterned paper: A: 4 @ 4 ½ x 5; 2 @ 4 ½ x 10. Cut on one edge with
border punch. Adhere to clipboard along bottom edge: 5x7 and 8x10. Front &
back. B: 4 @ 2x5; 2 @ 2x10. Cut on one edge with border punch. Adhere to
clipboard one inch down from top of first patterned paper. 5X7 and 8x10,. Front
& back. C: 4 @ 1 ½ x5; 2 @ 1 ½ x 10. Cut one edge with border punch. Adhere
¾ inch from bottom of clipboard: 5x7; 8x10. Front and back.
Glue Bo Bunny Ribbon between second and third papers. . . front and back. 5X7
and 8x10. Measure from bottom and mark line at 3 ¾ inches (on 7 and 8 inch
clipboard side) and punch six holes with BIA. Use the measured mark as the
center guide. Install Pink O-Wire.
Punch out Hambly Studios transparency butterfly with Accucut die. Emboss
and decorate with Stickles. With “Gate” closed (the two 5x5 side pieces folded
over the middle, apply Prima Gate. Embellish with flowers, center kisses,
stamps, felt fusion backing, punched paper butterflies, embossed Hamby
Transparency butterfly. Outline felt Gate with pink dimensional paint. Let
dry. Install small gate latch.
Decorate inside with Making Memories journaling pages, pictures, flowers,
dimensional paint, bling and miscellaneous metal.
Use Crop-A-Dile to punch two holes in top of 8x10 piece and string through
ribbon for hanging.

Adhere one 12x12 Basic Grey Patterned paper to Zutter 12x12 Cover. Cut other Zutter 12x12 cover into two pieces: 10
¾ x 3 ½ and 10 ¾ x 3 ¼(on my layout this piece is a laminated piece with journaling front and back). Adhere Basic
Grey Patterned Paper to one piece on the front only, the other front and back.
Cut another piece of Basic Grey Patterned Paper to 10 ¼ x 11 ¼. Adhere this to left lower side of 12x12 at ½ in from
left edge and ¼ inch up from the bottom edge. Now mount an 8x10 photo at lower left of this patterned paper ¾ inch
from left edge and 1/8 inch up from bottom.
Then cut the piece covered on one side with AccuCut and Ribbon Die. Punch 21 holes in the other piece on both long
sides. Add journaling to both sides of one piece, add journaling blocks (Making Memories) to front side of other piece.
Bind two together with Brown O-Wire.
Add Felt Fusion down right side of layout. Mount the fold out journaling block over the felt, 1 inch from right side and
½ in up from the bottom of the layout.
Punch seven butterflies from Basic Grey Patterned Paper. Spray with Glimmer Mist. Add MAMBI Icons to body. Add
one to the front of the fold out journaling block: Felt Fusion, Riveted Prima Flower (Bottom), Center Kiss Crystal and
ribbon riveted with Prima Flower (Top).
Add additional Felt Fusion outside of journaling block. Embellish Left Top of layout with Flowers, Center Kisses, Velvet
Leaves, Butterflies, Ribbon and Felt Fusion. Create bead hanging and add to left as well.
Put Whispers Alphas at lower left corner of layout.
¾ x 3 ½ and 10 ¾ x 3 ¼(on my layout this piece is a laminated piece with journaling front and back). Adhere Basic

sides. Add journaling to both sides of one piece, add journaling blocks (Making Memories) to front side of other piece.
Bind two together with Brown O-Wire.

Cut the two 8x8 chipboard covers to 5.5x8.
Stamp cardstock with Prima Stamp. Let dry. Cut out around stamped image and mount on piece of chipboard. Spray lightly with Meadow Green Glimmer Mist. Let dry.
Cut off tops of paper bags so total length is 7 inches. Cut ten (10) pieces of patterned cardstock and attach to front and back of paper bags. Use circle paper punch to punch half circle at the top center
of each page (bag). Punch 14 holes for O-Wire.
Stamp and write on Prima Build-A-Book Pages. Cut out Hambly Transparency to match the rectangular page. Punch holes.
Assemble pages with acrylic and transparencies intermixed. Bind.
Cut two ½ inch cardstock strips. Spray with Terracotta Glimmer Mist on back. Let dry. Glue to top and bottom of used Prima packaging. Glue ¼ inch of package sides to front and back
covers..stretching the packaging tightly over the O-Wires.
Spray Perfect Closure leather strap with Meadow Green Glimmer Mist. Let Dry.
Cover five 4x6 chipboard covers with old magazine pages. Round corners with Round It All. Punch hole in tops and attach ribbon or fabric.
Add photos, journaling, special items to pages, and inside paper bag pockets. Mount 7 Gypsies and library card to inside front and back covers. Install Perfect Closure, embellish front cover with
Flowers, center kisses, stamped image, ribbon, twine, tag and key.
Cut the two 8x8 chipboard covers to 5.5x8.
Stamp cardstock with Prima Stamp. Let dry. Cut out around stamped image and mount on piece of chipboard. Spray lightly with Meadow Green Glimmer Mist. Let dry.
