About:
I wanted to make a project of my son’s first time to Kings
Dominion with his AAP/Compacted Math class to capture all of
the business and energy the day contained. It was too fun a day
not to make a permanent memory book for my boy.

Designer Notes:
Don’t be afraid to use different shapes of chipboard pages for
your project. This one mixes scalloped rectangles and frame-
shaped pages. Be sure to figure out how you want your pages to
line up before punching!

About:
I wanted to combine the very straight edges of the Zutter Covers with some very scalloped, round pages. I
trimmed the Zutter covers about an inch on one side to better fit the pages on the inside.

Designer Notes:
Take a chance with odd shaped pages. Trim a bit off of one end if the shape is very irregular in order to
give your projects a good foundation for punching and binding. If in doubt, punch a scrap piece of
cardstock and compare it to your irregular shape to see where the punches will fall.
Other Materials:
Patterned Paper: Creative Imaginations
Cardstock: American Craft
Embellishments: Decorative Glass, Karen
Foster Cork Paper
About:
The Beautiful Creative Imaginations papers
were the inspiration for this fun beach book, the
cork adds a fun accent to the summertime
photos.
