About:
Zutter’s Mini-Luggage is too cute to resist. This little luggage measure 4 ½ X 3 X 1 ¾ inches packs a
big design opportunity. This is a unique way to store a mini-album and tiny ephemera. It’s perfect
for many occasions; this white patent looking luggage is embellished with black pattern papers by
Melody Ross, bold yellow Prima Flowers and butterfly cut-out designs from Melody’s papers. The
possibilities are endless.
Designer Notes:
I covered outside of the luggage, top and bottom with Melody Ross Designer Collections artsy Urban
Papers. I applied all of the papers using Helmar 450 Quick Dry Adhesive. I added some butterfly
cut out from Melody’s pattern papers and applied to the outside using Helmar Liquid Scrap Dots. On
the inside of the luggage, I embellished with another butterfly cut out using Helmar 450 Quick Dry
Adhesive. For the album, I cut up pattern paper from Melody Ross Design Collections artsy Urban
Papers. The album is bound together using the Zutter Bind-it-all ½ antique brass o’wire. The set is
complete and ready to fill with your photos and special memories.

About:
This is the month of Federal employee retirements and no shortage of farewell projects. This first project is for my
husband’s analyst. He shopped for the paper and determined the theme and I did the rest. This project makes use of
three different covers – chipboard, clipboard wood and acrylic. I love mixing my materials.
Designer Notes:
Try mixing the covers in your next project. This one utilizes an acrylic top cover, chipboard pages and a clipboard
wood base.

About:
I’ve worked with Janet since 2007. She retires this year after 30 years of
government service. All she asked for her luncheon was a book of my
making and a beach theme. Here is what I made for her. We will be using the
this book for well-wishers to sign and leave notes for Janet.
Designer Notes:
The Cover-Alls and Chipboard Covers are all painted in acrylic paint.

Stampin’ Up! – ribbon, pearls
Adirondack – acrylic paint
About:
I wanted to make a quick project that didn’t involve retirements and farewells as I’ve done so
many of them these past few months. This projects is a 5”x7” book, very economical with very
few embellishments but big on color and open page space.
Designer Notes:
Keep it simple. Sometimes the best books are the ones you don’t have to make too fancy or worry
about the details.
