I Applied the chalk ink around the edges on the front
cover and on the tabs on the inside dividers. Crumpled
up some scrapbook paper and applied more of the ink
onto the crumpled ball to add more of a distressed
look. For a more industrial look, i glued the silver
embellishments to the "A".

This is a 2008 calendar that three girlfriends and I made. The "tags" were sent to me and I
assembled and bound them. They make great giftsFirst, decide on a size for the page and
"assign" months for each person. Use a free download program such as Redcastle to print out

I bought a set of pink mini legal pads at Walmart and cut them apart. I
used the backing as the covers and trimmed the papers. The patterned
papers are Basic Grey (some girlie stuff for me!) and the jewels are
