About:
I wanted to try something different, so I pulled out my Twinkling
H20’s, which I had never used before....and began to experiment.
I stenciled with them, stamped with them and decided they were
ALOT OF FUN and so was birthed the sign for my niece’s bedroom
at her new house!!!
Designer Notes:
I cut a stencil from chipboard using Tim Holtz Tattered Floral die.
Using the Twinkling H20’s I stenciled flowers randomly on the
fabric. When I was completed I spritzed the entire piece with
water....to blur the images.
On a separate piece of fabric, I stenciled the flowers again. I also
stamped with the H20’s by painting a watered down mixture on
the stamp. When dry I cut out all of the images.
With Claudine’s Multi Medium, I applied it all over the images.
When the were partially dry I hastened the drying process with
the Heat It Tool. Scrunching the images in the process.
When completely dry I dabbed on some Distress Stickles set aside
to dry.
I liberally covered the Clipboard Wood with Multi Medium to
adhere the fabric. Set aside to dry.
I inked the edges with Olive Archival Ink, dabbed on some
Distress Stickles.
I measured the center of the bottom and top of the two pieces,
punched hole and adhered the Hang it All.
Lastly, I assembled the piece and added vintage Ric Rac to hang
by.

chose to adorn the cover of my CoverAll.

I loved the finished look!!
