Island
By Sissel Anita Kjolstad, Norway
I'm a Zutter Zister fan from Norway. I check out the blog a lot to get
inspiration and ideas for my projects and just looove all the lovely projects
that are posted. The purchase of the Bind-it all machine is the best I have
done since I started with this hobby and I have made a lot of things with
the machine. One of them is a paperbag album with left over pictures from
one of my trips to Iceland.
Materials and techniques:
Brown paperbags, different paper and cardstock for decoration and tags,
transparencies, ribbon, brads, stamps, Fluid chalk Dark Brown and
Memories dye ink stamp pads
I used chalk to distress the paperbags before I glued paper and cardstock
on both sides of the paperbag. On some of the paperbags I have used
rubberstamps and stamped on the paperbags. I added pictures to the pages.
I cut transparencies in the same size as the paperbags and stamped swirls
with Memories dye ink. Tags are made of cardstock and added ribbon on
one of the ends for easier access. The tags are put inside the paperbags.

Love Dare Journal
Chelsea, AL
This is a 3x5 journal I made. The journal is 50 pages.
The covers are chipboard covered with black textured
paper. I used ruled index cards for the pages. I also
included velum quotes on the inside of both covers.
Black textured paper – Michaels
Heart paper – Holidays paper pack Hobby Lobby
Letters – Sizzix (chipboard covered with black textured
paper)
Heart Rhinestones – Walmart
Love charm – Michaels
Fibers – Hobby Lobby
Binding – ¾ inch black owires
Index cards – Walmart
Velum Quotes – Hobby Lobby
I used 5/8" Owire and my BIA to create a birthday and
anniversary book. The pages are all white cardstock. I
created the calendars on my computer and printed them
out. I added ribbon along the wire binding for decoration!
