About:
One year ago, I got a question if I could make a different gift that would work instead of
flowers, so I made a basket, similar to this one, and it was a roaring success. It´s the perfect
gift for the once who´s allergic to flowers, and it stays nice much longer than flowers, don´t
you think? ;)
Designer Notes:
I have made this basket just from patterned paper. I used a thicker kind of paper, so the
basket didn´t get to weak. Then I just punched holes with my Bind it all and made a bottom
out of cardboard. Then I cut out approx. 4 cm wide and 30 cm long stripes from the
patterned paper, and cut out some stripes from vellum and punched it with my Fiskars
punch. I attached the Vellum to the handle, and put some silky paper in the basket, and it´s
ready to be filled with lots of goodies!

About:
I had so much fun doing this, it’s a mini album with my loving family in it, and little sentences and stuff for me to remember. I made a box for it to lay in
and I can see the album even when I don’t have it out in the open. I really like the Galantine sheets, it’s normally for jam and cooking, but it´s so
beautiful, so I used it for my crafting.
Designer Notes:
I made a template to do the box, and made a window with my spellbinders die, a little tricky but I got my thinking cap on, so it worked out perfectly.
Then I embellished it and made a mini album to fit the box, this is quite little, maybe 10x6 cm.
